Is any of this true for you?

☐ Doing your best to manage stress, worry and anxiety but tired of battling it every day

☐ Struggling to find happiness or contentment in your life - it feels like peace and happiness just aren't for you

☐ Upset more easily than you'd like and wishing it was easier to stay calm and confident

☐ Haunted by past trauma and facing unexpected consequences on your health and relationships

☐ Feeling shame and low self-confidence that you just can’t seem to shake

All these issues can be caused by unprocessed pain/trauma and the impacts it has in our thoughts, emotions and body. My enhanced EMDR therapy approach is designed to help you process this pain in an effective, safe way so you can be on your way to living the life you've always wanted for yourself.

I’m Brandon and I’ve been there

I know first-hand the effects of trauma and have focused my career on helping traumatized people finally feel good being themselves. EMDR is showing to be a highly effective approach through research studies and I’ve developed an enhanced version that:

  • Fosters warmth, teamwork and trust between you and I so we have a strong working relationship - something that research has identified as the biggest predictor of successful outcomes in therapy

  • Makes healing easier by activating the natural processing capabilities of the brain using EMDR - you're along for the ride instead of struggling to figure things out and change under your own brute force

  • Goes beyond traditional EMDR by integrating a mindfulness-based somatic therapy approach called Sensorimotor Psychotherapy- this complementary approach incorporates body-based skills and discovery tools to help you build more robust coping mechanisms and go deeper into healing that using EMDR alone

If you'd like to chat more about how my approach could help you reclaim joy, peace and freedom in your life,  please out for a free, no-pressure consultation. I want the best for you, whether we work together or not.

“Brandon is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I never had a good experience with therapy before going to this therapist. Before I was depressed and suicidal every day but now that I went to see Brandon as my therapist I am doing much better and I have hope to live again.

  • It's true that things will feel different if we're just seeing each other through a screen and I understand if this is a dealbreaker for you. However, the main way we'll help you heal is through working mindfully with emotions and sensations in your body, which can be done effectively anywhere.

I've gone thru this kind of therapy myself - my online sessions were really helpful! Plus, I was glad to save all that driving time and to have my own space for processing afterwards.
