Individual Therapy for Adults - $175

Working one-on-one with a licensed therapist gives you a private, highly-focused opportunity to build skills, do deep healing work and improve your overall well-being. Whether you want just a handful of sessions or want to get more long-term counseling, I’m flexible and here for whatever you need. All sessions are done online via a secure telehealth video call and last for 53-minutes.

Somatic therapy is a body-based approach to resolving trauma and childhood attachment wounds, backed by evidence. Using mindfulness of thoughts, emotions and body sensation, clients gain deeper understanding of themselves while re-wiring trauma patterns and negative core beliefs.
