Talk therapy for adults - $170
I offer 53-minute therapy sessions via secure video call for $170. For cases where this fee is a barrier, I offer a limited number of reduced fee slots. I work with individuals 18 or older.
Depending on your goals, our time together may range from just a handful of sessions to an ongoing basis over years. However long we work together, my aim is to empower you with the confidence and skills to independently grow towards your goals without feeling tethered to therapy.
For individuals who have are interested in pursuing psychedelic medicine in non-clinical settings, I offer support in the form of harm reduction support to maximize safety and possible benefits, if any. Due to safety and legal issues, I cannot recommend somebody take psychedelic medicine outside of a legal, clinical setting. However, I do provide a neutral, non-shaming educational environment to empower clients to make their own decision. I do not work with individuals when they are under the influence of psychedelic medicines and will end a talk therapy session if I suspect this is the case.
For people who have had a psychedelic experience, I provide support in making sense of their experience, addressing any negative outcomes and finding ways to weave core themes/learnings into their daily lives. Without proper integration, powerful psychedelic experiences can easily fade like a dream and lose their transformative power.
I do not promote or condemn the use of psychedelic medicines outside of legal clinical settings, nor do I offer any assistance in procuring such medicines. I do not work with underground guides nor do I facilitate any referrals to these guides.
